About Me:
Quintin serves as the Director for the Siskiyou Small Business Development Center, and currently administers all of the CDBG- Economic Development and Public Service Activities that the SEDC has under contract. Quintin’s versatility and aptitude for business advising comes from his command of a multidisciplinary and contextual synthesis of information, using qualitative and quantitative techniques.
After graduating from Yreka High School, Quintin entered the upscale restaurant and catering industry, where he spent 5 years before receiving a BA in Economics from the University of California and an MS in International Affairs from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Quintin’s studies focused on the intersections of entrepreneurship and technology, and how they enable sustainable development. Throughout his studies he collaborated on sustainable development projects with the Tokyo Institute of Technology in Japan and Sciences Po- Paris in France, contributed to research for the US Department of Defense, worked on legislation passed into law in the Georgia House of Representatives, and lectured university courses on Global Leadership and International Affairs at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
